ok, here goes..........I owned a business (closed now, was incorporated)until last December 2002. I had credit cards in the business name based on my personal credit rating. I have not paid on any of them since last November 2002, during the period up till now I hired a lawyer to prepare Chapter 7 papers for me. All the collection calls have been referred to the lawyer and he tells them of the Chapter 7 possibility, I never get any calls and none of the OC have listed this on my credit report and I know or think mosst of them are in the charge-off period. Will they ever appear on my credit report due to it being listed as a business ?
