What are the laws surrounding California judgements? can wages be garnished, real property taken,bank accounts siezed. I guess i am trying to find out if a California resident can be judgement proof somehow. do you have a link you can share on this subject? My sister lives there and she wanted to know. thanks for your assistance. oh by the way she is on a fixed income and is worried about that. can they take that?
