Hello, I received a document by Fed-Ex stating that one of my accounts, handled by Mann-Bracken, is not slated for arbitration. They say I have a couple options. I can appear in person or withing 30 days submit a request for a document hearing. I am already planning on filing BK in August, so I want to delay this new situation as much as possible. Therefore I am planning to submit my request for a document hearing at about the 28 day mark. I'm hoping this will be bogged down for a while. Do you have any better suggestions? Thanks. BTW, I live in Michigan.
