First - some clarification. You were served a SUMMONS for a lawsuit which you filed an Answer to, correct ?

If that is the case, then unless they went ahead with a default judgment, there is no judgment YET.

Have you been to court yet ?

Citibank cannot 'issue a judgment', only the courts can do that. All Citibank can do is file a lawsuit.

Have you asked for validation in the form of a certified letter ? Are they also going to send a copy of the CC agreements with your SIGNATURE on them ? You need both the signed agreements AND a full accounting of the balance they claim or its not adequate validation. If they haven't proven the debt yet, then they have to do so in court, but you have to use that in order for it to be effective.
