Never received a summons, just a defualt judgment
from the marshall's office explaining there would
be a lean on my pay check. I have not sent any
letters to Citibank or anyone else, just a phone
call as the clerk told me to do. They verified
three accounts like I said. They said there wasn't
any suit filed. Which sounds right because I
defaulted with them over 7 + years ago. They said
they would only send me a copy of the statements.
So, what should I do? I go to court next Wed to
vacate the judgment. Tha
