If 1994 is the last time you paid anything, this account has been reaged and this is illegal. Derogatory stuff can only be reported for 7 years from chargeoff.
I'd suggest Sherman owes you some money. I'd see a lawyer.
However,if you just want it off your report, dispute with the CRA's as out of date and it should fall off.
