Within the FDCPA 8AM MERIDIAN TIME (DEBTORS TIME) TO 9PM MERIDIAN (DEBTORS TIME). Original creditor not sure if they fall under these guidelines but if this is a 3rd party collection agency doing that they sure are stupid. Man, these collection agencys that are all talked about on these boards are friggin idiots.
