I recently got a call and a letter from a new ca for sprint. The letter did not have the mini miranda.After receiving the letter i dusputed the OLD CA as not mine knowing they don't have the account anymore. My question is, don't they have to include the mini miranda with the letter? And is that a violation? They said pay up or the'll put it on my report. Don't they have to be liscenced in NY to collect? and how can i find out? and how should i handle this?
