Save the letter. Send them a certified letter asking for validation. Look up a credit attorney and let him know your getting harassed by an agency that did not use the mini-miranda on the letter they sent you and you don't beleive it's your debt. You'll end having the CA settle with you to avoid getting sued. Settle in this case means you'll get $ from them.
