Yes I got the file copies from the courthouse.
There is a default judgment by a collection agency
for citibank. I was told by an attorney at the
Legal Aid Society that I probably had a defense
because the debt and deliquency was so old the SOL
for them to sue me was most likely expired. I just
called citibank like I was advised.There is no
lawsuit on file.The validation letters I read do
not seem appropriate for a suit and judgment. What
should I do now? I have a first court date next
