If you have records to demonstrate that last payment and subsequent default occurred beyond the statutory period, you are in doing well.

PS - and what is this about the bank issuing a judgement? Oh my, seems that might be some sort of FDCPA violation. It is a false threat of illegal action. Honestly, the things these bankers and cow-plop collectors will do for money. Maybe that's why they all wear girdles and cantilever bras under their macho three-piece suits. The cigar stuck in the pie-hole is a nice finishing touch.
