I'm a California resident. I have accounts on my C-report that show Charged off, Sold or Transfered. All of these debts are over 4 1/2 years old... I have repeatedly disputed with credit agencies. SOme deleted others came back verified.. I'm now going to hire an attorney to start the validation process.. Can someone please inform me of what needs to be include in the validation letter? Also, what steps must they take while validating? How can I make this work in my favor to get items deleted?
