If the debts are listed under the OC, as charged off or transferred with 0 balance, and there is NO collection agency reporting a balance due,then there is nothing to validate.

You can certainly try disputing these entries to the CRA's , however, it is NOT illegal for an OC to be reporting your correct credit history.

The ONLY time Ca SOL might be pertinent would be if there were a COLLECTION account on your report.
