No, I did not receive any notice of sale but my case may be a tad bit different in that I stated earlier my car was used in a crime. So the FBI actually asked me to let them have the car and that was fine with me. I just relinquished control of the car and notified the dealership as to where it was for evidence sake. If the time is up as you said what can be done about it being put back on my credit report? If they did this once can they continue to sell off old accounts and continue to harm us again and again? Do I need to see who it is on the credit report and then take legal action over this? I apologize for all the questions. This is the first place I have been able to get any kind of answer. Thank you so much for answering.
