Heres the problem
Ford motor got a defalt judgement in La. while I lived in Tx( 8/1996). I was never served any papers. I cant find a lawyer that knows anything about - Enforcement of a Foreign Judement - I dont believe they had juristiction to do this and I was never even served. What papers do I need to send to the La. court to get this vacated. Would a hand written letter explaining everything be good enough or does it have to be something legal and would my W-2 be good for proof of of Tx residence at the time of the filling? Ive run out of time and need to send the papers tomorro any help will help. Sample letters would be good too.
