quick question, i rec'd a bill from a towing company today.. (i had a vehicle towed a couple months ago and they charged me different than quoted, i have proof).. since they didnt clear the problem, i wont pay until it is corrected.. on todays bill, they are adding interest at 25%...can they do this? ohio, nothing signed whatsoever... period, not even a receipt...
