It's past SOL. Califor resident. Disputed in hoped of getting deleted. Tried everything over past few months. Always came back verified.. Disputed few weeks ago about account number being wrong in hopes of deletion. Came back verified and they put the balance back on. It clearly states sold but the well known bank put a balance on. It's closed on one Cr. Another Cr deleted it. And the balance is back on another Cr.

Question- What legal leverage do I have? I know that if it's sold to a collector they both can't list on report with a balances. But the collector isnt listed. Is there any way to have original creditor validate in hopes of getting deletion?
