Alegis is Sherman Aquisitions, among so many other sister and affiliates. Even if it was 'farmed out' it would likely go to one of the other of their company names. If they say its going to litigation, ask them for an exact date a lawsuit will be filed and in what court. If they can't answer those questions, then their threat is illegal - they do not intend to sue .. or can't.
