By Filenes back in 1997. They got a default judgement
cause i was young and didnt show up for court.
I had no clue about consequences or i was just plain ignorant.
Reading around i cant beleive that it even did happen
for such a low amount.... Seeing that it is now 2003 what do you think a payoff amount would be? Obviously its not gonna be the plain 700.00.....I wonder how much interest is in there...> I do need to pay it off by the end of the year to get a house.....Im scared to ask them for the sake of how much interest will have been added Oh...and I do believe....from my recollection...
That i was served correctly...I think i rememebr the served paper...
