cap1 is nasty. go to creditnet.com and ask for mr. cookes information. sign up is for free. mr. cooke has been known for being generous on settlement offers. However, cap1 will never ever ever never ever ever(you get my drift) remove any negative information no matter how much you beg,plead,whine, or threaten them. NCO financial will at some point screw up badly enough to sue them. However, if nco is collecting for cap1 and cap1 thinks you are going nowhere cap1 will sue your pants off. Providian I am not sure of and I am not familiar with simm associates.
