If this debt was listed on your BK then it is discharged....This creditor is in violation of Federal Law. Contact the attorney that handled your BK and they should handle the situation for you. The creditor can face a fine for trying to collect a debt discharged in BK. If your attorney wants $$ to do this....write the creditor a certified letter informing them of the case number of your BK, that they were included and that the debt was discharged on (the date of your discharge).
