The attorney said she's tired of dealing with that creditor and has even been ignoring my attempts to get her to get it settled. She even offered (to me) to pay the debt the other day just to get rid of it. She said she was wishing I would've just paid it and had not been returning my calls/emails/letters about this creditor for months. That didn't sit well with me so just recently have looked for a new lawyer and I have to pick my files up from the old lawyer next week. If I knew everything about bankruptcy I'd do it myself but its difficult to do. I'm pretty frustrated at this point.
