It's the original creditor.

The bk attorney said something like "well it'll cost $2,000 (I think to sue?) and I'm tired of dealing with it" I have no idea of all the costs associated trying to get a creditor to comply.

She offered to pay it hersself and be done with it. The amount that was discharged is about $500. That's why I asked if it wasn't discharged would I know? Would I have received something that said "this debt is not discharged" as why would they still keeping up efforts to collect?

My concern (re: my lawyer) wasn't that I wanted someone to pay it. So that ticked me off a bit and like I said, I'm transferring my files to another lawyer next week.

Discharge was last year mid summer.
