I even sent them a letter (again) after the certified letter I sent about a month ago. I included my bankruptcy discharge letter and told them they are in violation. I said I was preparing to take legal action if they did not stop trying to collect. This has been going on for so long.

I would think the bk attorney would've just taken action but nothing has happened and I didn't know what process to follow by myself.

Even when I was looking for a new lawyer I kept running into "your bk attorney should handle that".
