Those jack***'s at Cap1 issued a warrent in debt, I called made $200 a month payment arrangements to avoid the judgement. Their rep said their was a continuance for a month to be sure I held up to my end of the deal and if I did they would drop the court case. Well, I just checked online and they issued a default judgement against me last week. If I had of known I would have showed up and explained I was making the payment plan as agreed upon. I am so freaking mad, I wish I could call them at home and ask them to explain why the deception... EWWWWWWW why does Monday ahve to be a holiday. That is how HOT I am. If they report this as a default judgement on my credit report I swear it will get nasty. What bastards!!! AVOID CAPONE AT ALL COSTS!
