I agree, of course, with what Why Chat said and just in case my earlier message wasn't clear, when I said that if the collector will settle for less than 20% you're probably very close to or past the sol, what I am suggesting is that you make sure you know where you stand with the sol and DON'T PAY if it's close and certainly not if it's past the sol.
