If you will e-mail me your County & State where it was filed, I will direct you towards the correct form for filing a motion to vacate, or if you have a para-legal you can use it would save a lot of time. The essence of the motion to vacate is that it is served on the creditor, if they do not object, (or if they agree to vacate-which is what they SHOULD do) then it is vacated. You WILL have some fiing expenses and if you use a lawyer or para-legal (which I recommend),you will have those costs also. However, LEAVING a judgment on record is the WORST thing you can do, and you only have a year from the filing date to have it vacated EASILY.
