tried disputing for past few months..
not mine, wrong account, wrong balance, wrong history, etc..... its listed as closed and paid charge off on other 2 reports. screwed on this one...

disputed one last time in hopes of deletion. For some reason they came back and royally screwed me.

am i screwed. i did notice one thing. the collector sent me a letter 2 years ago showing balance higher than what Oc just updated.

collectors balance 2 years ago, $5,300.00
current Oc tradeline for balance reads, $4,700.00

can you request and demand from original creditor, original signed contract, receipts of all purchases, breakdown of interest?
