And "Managing Member"?? Perhaps it's the hour or just too much time in the sun,but this exec title bears no relation to corporate or partnership positions such as Secretary or Managing Partner. And, again, not to wax prurient but really, "Managing Member"?? Is this some lame play on words from some 'Seventies grainy black & white Nordic porno flick? Well, look, sleazy names and titles for a sleazy business, that's what I always say.
These creeps deserve all the honest hearted trouble you can make for them. Go for their plaque-laden jugular via FTC, AG, and BBB complaints. Light them up with every legal resource available to you.
