a PPS: It's blowback-time. The gestapo tactics of the sham mediators, predatory crook/creditor lawyers and Judge Cracker have at long last prompted various state agencies and groups to commence auditing of the court proceedings. Sooner or later every bully gets his sad comeuppance.
The judge in this county who conducts small claims 'arraignments' is a sight to behold, clearly unstable, spouting creditor-friendly lies, threats and taunts at debtors in court, an utter disgrace. Typical of the ilk who sells out to banker-thugs and their lickspittle claque, the collections 'professionals'.
