Sorry about the scmmy lawyers in your area, have you tried the NACA link from my website? The tenancy in it's entireties is well established in Oregon and the other listed States. You are getting your first delinquency date to the OC from the CA reports?? That doesn't work. Look on your Experian report, what is the "removal" date listed for each of these accounts from the ORIGINAL CREDITOR, Any payments you made after your first delinquency to ANYONE (especially CA's) does NOT count. And yes, I am having a pleasantly industrious weekend, washed the dog, did some minor household repairs and painting,and stayed away from the news reports.
