account listed three different ways on CR-is it violation

I've disputed an account on my credit reports.

On one report it's listed as closed..
On another it was listed as a paid charge off sold with no balance. On this account it has recently after disputing been changed to sold and they added a balance. Isnt this some sort of violation? The original creditor is the only one listed.

How can they report it 3 different ways, even after Ive disputed it 5 times?
