Instead, due to understaffing, he makes his appearance to one and all.

PS - Isn't this feller supposed to be making threatening phone calls to alleged debtors? How does he have so much time on his hands? Oh, he only works at the collection company when he gets a day-pass from his caretakers. Right, forgot, sorry.
