The Experian report shows one to fall off 10/06 and the other one they don't list a fall off date (I know that's really weird for Ex) but it does list 30 days late 1/2000 and charged off 11/2000, so looks like 2007 for that one. I'll have to dig around and see if I can't find something because I know the last I was able to pay on any credit card was July or August of 99. But thinking about it the phone calls were pretty bad back then and I didn't know what to do so I may have made a couple pymts by phone but for sure I stopped by at least 11/99 bc I wasn't about to start bouncing checks on top of everything else.

Also the CR says acct sold and CA says they are assignees is there a difference? or is it the same thing? I know the subject comes up alot but I just can't ever seem to get that straight in my head!

Yes I have printed out a list of Atty from NACA on your site. All of them are at least 150 miles from me but I figure if this gets too much for me I'll have some where to turn.

Ohooooo how I miss washing my dog!!!! Had her for 14 years and was not ready to let her go!!! She was truly a special animal. Didn't get any repairs done but the lawn did get mowed and we attended a very nice Memorial Ceremony put on by our Elks Lodge and like you we stayed away from the news. Hope there was NOTHING TO REPORT!!!!
