What state are you in ? If its past the SOL, then definitely send them WhyChat's C&D/expired SOL letter. Gibby, what you need to do is NOT talk to Sherman on the phone. Pull your credit reports, all 3, and find out what you can on the alleged debt the Sherman low-lifes are harrassing you about. If the debt is beyond your state's SOL, then you, too, send Sherman WhyChat's SOL letter.
