Dear Ladybugbear,

Plentiful postings even in the last several weeks on this truly loathsome collections firm. As previously mentioned, letters only and a good idea to open a complaint file on them with FTC and your state AG. They only get away with their sleazy conduct if we let them.
A dear friend in the healing arts - not old chum H. Lecter, M.D., by the by, has a wise saying: A scumbag client has a scumbag lawyer.
Discover is mentioned on this board from time to time, and the reports do not make for happy bedtime stories. Their lawyer reflects their philosophy.
A fine individual who for years worked for the banker-thugs actually drafting banking law for state legislatures shared a telling story. The banker-thugs are about hooking people on credit cards in the same cynical manner that pushers hook their clients on crack. They refer to 'hooking the dumb fish' when dreaming up new and ever more exploitive schemes to compel people to accept credit cards.
Of late, notice the lowlife ad campaign to hook children on cards, employing some jug-eared scabies-ridden rat with a castle in the background. Let them miss a payment and the 'fish' will see how loving is the louse-rodent. Sick, avaricious, evil. But hey, we're talking our fine upstanding banker friends here, so let's not be judgemental.
The friend, now in private practice, left the banking industry as result of no longer being able to stomach their routine usurious exploitation of their 'valued customers'.
Next stop and a brief one was with a collection law firm, possible it was the dreaded Wolpoff & Abramson. This friend is most well qualified and the job was theirs for the taking. Graciously backing away from these spirochetes, friend at once went home. As was explained, an immediate shower was in order and the inescapable feeling after being around this gang of thugs with law degrees was that even one's business attire was in dire need of a steam cleaning.
Such is the nature of these ethical cretins. Fight them with every resource available to you. Numbskull trolls post here because apparently, the resistance is being felt by these scum. As more and more people arm themselves with information from boards such as this one, these suits stuffed with droppings have a harder time doing that which they do.

Best as always,

Keyser Soze
