Is the May Company the retail chain? If so, google search engine produces some rather unflattering results. As for the mediation institute, exactly one hit on google, a seminar at Yeshiva University last October.
Why a federal marshall? Is this a student loan? Sounds like you need to get rid of the mediators, generally predatory creatures anyhow. Start complaint about this with the FTC via phone, time is of essence.
This may be due to sloppy ca records? After all, greedy slobs generally keep slobby books.
