going to court tomorrow for a default credit card judement. amount on judgment is $2600 and current credit card statement says $400. This is a very old card and I cannot find proof of last payment which was made over 7 years ago. Can I use credit card statement in court? I didn't know about asking for validation until last week. Court clerk said I can ask this be a preliminary hearing so I can get my stuff together and ask CA for validation. what do you think?
