In a mess with them myself right now. Got a letter today stating that the "client" has authorized a 50% settlement on the balance due, but nowhere on the letter does it say anything about the total balance due. I have a letter from them from about a month ago that shows the balance just over $7k. I have about $3800 I can send them. Do you think a copy of the previous letter along with the settlement letter is enough if they try to come back at me after I pay them the $3800? I really hate dealing with these idiots....
