Once again the wonderful tricks of W&A have surfaced. I have had past communication with W&A (all CRRR) and have never received any form of agreement from them on settleing my account. After receiving the first letter of 50% settlement that struck a string of communication with them, but they never respond directly to my request for signatures on agreements, proof of any form of verification, etc. In working with these people, I have in turn filed a complaint with the BBB, FTC & AG (Missouri), my only problem is, that I need to get this mess cleared up and can't get a response from them at all! After I sent them the copy of all complaints filed (faxed & CRRR) I can't get them to respond to my letters.

Any new suggestions on getting this resolved? Last suggestion I got was "don't call them, let them contact you". That is a good one, but the matter still just sits on my report.

Live in Missouri, debt is 1,677 offer was for $838.First day late was Sep of 2000.

Any help would be appreciated.
