The complaint filed against me was dismissed without prejudice as CA atty. failed to do discovery. But the order it says it can be restored upon providing evidence. The alleged acct. is defnitely past SOL now since the complaint was filed in Jan. and the SOL expired in Mar. If they restore the case would they still look at the Jan filing date for SOL or would it be considered a new case.
