How do I find out which creditor company is calling me?

I have been receiving calls from creditors who wish to speak to a former resident of my home. They are usually rude and belligerent. I recorded one such company's phone number (636-299-9043) and tried to call back only to be hung up on by a manager before I could obtain much information. I would like to report the company to the better business bureau, but all I know is the number (Missouri area code) and the name Central Credit Services, which the operator stated when she first picked up the phone. Does someone know how I can find out any more information about these guys? The internet revealed now info. Thanks
