They can ask "Are you living with anyone who can help financially?" "Who is your current Employer, How long have you been unemployed." They may ask these questions to get a financial outlook to aid them in forecasting when the debt will be re-paid. Asking if you finished highschool, scolding you for not being thankful you are not on the streets to is pure and utter harassment. Go to Radio Shack, get a min-recorder and a little phone recorder device. It's a little black box with an on off switch and a few phone cords. It cost anywhere from $14-$20. Call the lady back to discuss your bill and very carefully bring up the last conversation and see if you can get her being this nasty an illegal again. Afterwards call them back and speak to a higher up and play the tape. Also inform them you have an attorney.
