Call up the credit reporting agency who has the tradeline on and simply ask for the contact information. They, by law, have to have it. If they do not want to cough it up which they should simply dispute it as not mine and if credigy verifies the CRA must give you the information of the business that confirmed the tradeline. This is called a prodedural request.
