I have serveral credit cards that are at CA's. A CA called today and told me I need to contact a lawyer and have the lawyer to call them before noon tomorrow or else I will be sued by the C.C. company. If a summon is filed to the court, and I do not show up, what will happen. I live in Virginia and wanted to also know the garnishment laws. Help me please !!!!!!!!!!
