Hi. I am the resident SOL person. Email me at picantel4343@hotmail.com . Even though you said some of it here, email me your state, type of debt, date of last activity/chargeoff date, and the debt they claim is yours. I already have a northland letter prepare as it seems they are getting more aggressive, hence more stupid, with their time barred collection tactics.
