Yeah.. so ?? Don't let them intimidate and scare you wiht lawsuit threats !! That is how they operate.. create fear and make threats and most people will run screaming for their checkbook.. even if they can't afford it !!

CA's do this ALL the time and you need to learn that in many cases, CA's CAN'T sue you, but the love to make those noises. You also need to learn and understand your rights.. you DO have them and there ARE laws meant to constrain them.

You need to read the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) and get real cozy with it. Then you need to use it to deal with stupid, bad-mouthed collectors.. and their usually-BS threats.

The thing is YOU can handle this, you don't need to PAY someone like "paul M" to do it for you !!
