Hello, I was just served papers for a lawsuit filed against me from Discover Bank. I am not quite sure what to do next. They say I have 20 days to defend?? I am not sure there is a defense..I owe the money..just can't afford to pay it. The debt is for $4,000.00 unsecured credit card. I am not quite sure what they can do if they get a judgement (which I am sure they will) I live in PA..I don't work..but my husband does, our car is in my name, but our house in in both our names. Any advice?? Dana
