Since a lot of new people come here for help, I thought it might be helpful to post this information direct from the Federal Trade Commission. It explains File Segregation and why its illegal. Unfortunately, many people buried under a mountain of debt will fall for these scams and find out later that they wasted their money and could even end up in jail. Go to the link below and read what the FTC has to say. Just remember - If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Use your better judgment ;)
