Two questions, any advice?

HIPPA
Can I use HIPPA to pay any type of medical, such as an oral surgeon? Provided I follow it just as whychat's website says?

I owe a bounced check to Meijers, their ca has 2 listings on my cr for the samething now. Sent dv, ca sent laws on bounced checks. Law says oc has to send demand letter w/30 days notice. Never got that. Think if I send a mo to Meijers with a letter about the 30 days and mention violations the ca has, that Meijers would accept it? If not, can you say what you think would work best to take care of it.

Both amounts are 100.00, and I can take care of them this week without a problem. Just don't want my reports to keep getting more traffic from paying them. I have gotten my fico from Tu 505 to 573 & EQU 517 to 565, in the last month and a half. Don't want to start going back down.
